Tracey Howard is a Detroit native who has spent more than sixteen years doing Uniform Act acquisition, negotiation and relocation work, and affordable-housing file work alongside it. She has sat across the table from displaced households, businesses and property owners, and she knows what a complete, defensible file looks like.
She brings that same discipline to housing navigation through the nonprofit she founded, The Back Outside Collective, and to real estate and mortgage clients through Andrews Realty Group and Somerset Lending Corp.
The Back Outside Collective is a Michigan 501(c)(3) that provides housing navigation to shelters, housing agencies and the City of Detroit. It is a voting member of the Detroit Continuum of Care General Membership and operates as its own organization with its own board.
